If a manufactures defect is detected, the affected fans will be fixed free of cost up to 6 months after the purchase date. Fans that are within the warranty period but are damaged due to customer negligence will be fixed and charged to the customer.

All Accutek fans distributed by Carlisa Enterprises Limited meets the Jamaica Bureau of Standards Requirements, and are 110v/50hz. WINDY FANS. Windy fans have a limited warranty of 6 months from date of purchase. AVF VECTOR / NEXUS. AVF Products have a lifetime warranty and will be replaced if found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault.
